Our Structure Explained
-vAAirlines has decided to take a varying approach from the norm when it comes to promotions in the airline to help promote the core value of measuring by experience and knowledge to help create a truly immersive experience for our members. Your beginning group will be determined on your entrance exam score and will be either Group I or Group II as a First Officer. Instead of flying to hit certain hour requirements for an automatic promotion, your flight legs will be used to determine experience and allow you to request and complete written exams and checkrides to continue your career progression! vAAirlines also offers the first Check Airman program ever created for a Virtual Airline allowing our memebers to achieve true mastery of an aircraft group with an opprotunity to help other members.
