Hey Tandy! Double check section 4.6 of the SOPPHB. Unfortunately the aircraft flown needs to be in an approved AA/AE livery and must match the aircraft type assigned to the flight. This flight was scheduled in an B787-8 but the log shows that it was completed in a B787-10 which is currently not in the fleet. I am hoping that MSFS2020 has some good payware aircraft added soon so we can all enjoy it! Thanks!
